Roberto Luongo saves 30, Canucks Finally Win One

Our man Roberto Luongo, quite possibly the best goalie in the world (in my humble opinion, anyway), managed to get 30 saves for the night. We still are just not being aggressive enough with our shooting, shooting 10 less shots then the Colorado Avalanche.
“We’re a good team, and we came in here and beat a team that is tough at home,” Luongo said. “It’s a big confidence builder for us. We have a lot of divisional games this month, and we have to get as many games as we can.”
Agreed. This was a good victory for the Canucks, beating a tough team at home. All we can hope is that it gives the Canucks a much needed shot of confidence as we move forward and try to salvage what is left of the season.
I think that Luongo did awsome on Saturday night, and if it wasn’t for him then our team would be a lot worse then they are. I think the team needs to step up, they need to have more speed and our defense needs to work a little harder!!! I think Luongo is the best and I seriously can not imagine the Canucks without him!!!
